Absinthe (Special) Cocktail

  • \frac{2}{3} Part of Absinthe
  • \frac{1}{6} Part of Gin
  • 1 Dash of Orange Bitters
  • 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • \frac{1}{6} Part of Gomme Syrup
    • or \frac{1}{6} Part of Anisette

Shake thoroughly and strain into cocktail glass.

Stir with ice in a small highball glass. Fill with water.
