Apple Brandy Sour

from The American Bar

  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Lemon Juice
    • or 1 Ounce of Lemon Juice
  • \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Simple Syrup
    • or 1 Ounce of Simple Syrup
  • {1} \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Applejack Brandy
    • or {1} \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Calvados
  • 1 Piece of Stemmed Cherry

Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with cherry.
