- or 1 Ounce of Simple Syrup

{1} \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Applejack Brandy
- or {1} \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Calvados

1 Piece of Stemmed Cherry
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with cherry.
