Apricot (Dry)

  • 2 Whole of Apricot
  • \frac{1}{2} Glass of Cognac
  • 2 Teaspoon of Peach Bitters
  • 2 Glass of Gin
  • 2 Glass of Sweet Vermouth

Cut 2 Apricots in half, break the stone and let the whole soak for 2 hours in a glass and a half of Cognac. Add two teaspoonfuls of Peach Bitters, 2 glasses of Gin and 2 glasses of French Vermouth. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. (6 people)
