Arrack Punch

from Smuggler's Cove

  • 2 Ounce of Lemon Juice
  • 2 Ounce of Lime Juice
  • 3 Ounce of Demerara Syrup
  • 6 Ounce of Batavia arrack
  • 2 Ounce of Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum
  • 6 Ounce of Carbonated Chai Tea

Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin and roll with another rink mixer tin to combine the ingredients. Divide the contents evenly between the two tins. Add 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 "agitator" cubes to each of the two tins. With each tin, flash blend and open pour with gated finish into the serving bowl. Float a few lemon and lime slices on the punch for garnish.
