  • {3} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Ginger Ale
  • {3} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Rhubarb Juice
  • 5 Dash of Peychaud bitters
  • 2 Whole of Sliced Grapefruit

Fill a wine glass halfway with crushed ice. Add grapefruit slices and muddle. Pour in ginger ale, juice, bitters, and stir.
