- or {3} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Pineapple Juice

{1} \frac{1}{4} Ounce of White Rum

1 Teaspoon of Cream

1 Piece of Pineapple

1 Whole of Amarelle Cherry
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass half filled with crushed ice, top with pineapple and cherry.
