Baltimore Eggnog

  • \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Cream
  • 1 Whole of Egg
  • 2 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Simple Syrup
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Madeira
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Brandy
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Dark Rum
  • {2} \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Milk
    • or {3} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Milk

Shake all ingredients except the milk well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass, and fill with cold milk.
