Baltimore Eggnog

\frac{1}{4} Ounce of Cream

1 Whole of Egg

2 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar

\frac{3}{4} Ounce of Simple Syrup

\frac{3}{4} Ounce of Madeira

\frac{3}{4} Ounce of Brandy
-
\frac{3}{4} Ounce of Dark Rum
-
{2} \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Milk
- or {3} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Milk
Shake all ingredients except the milk well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass, and fill with cold milk.
