• 4 Whole of Egg
• 4 Glass of Dry Gin
• \frac{33}{50} Glass of Cherry Brandy
  • or \frac{33}{50} Glass of Curacao
• \frac{1}{2} Glass of Lemon Juice
• 4 Dash of Orange Bitters
• \frac{1}{2} Tablespoon of Powdered Sugar
• 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract

Beat up 4 eggs. Shake well and strain into medium sized cocktail glass. Grate nutmeg on top. Frost glass with castor sugar. (5 people)
