Beuser & Angus Special

from The American Bar

• 1 Whole of Lime Juice
• 1 Whole of Egg White
• 1 Dash of Simple Syrup
• \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Maraschino
• 2 Ounce of Green Chartreuse
• 1 Dash of Orange Flower Water

Shake everything except orange flower water with ice in a shaker. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over crushed ice and float with orange flower water.
