Bitters Highball

• 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • or 1 Dash of Orange Bitters
• 10 Ounce of Ginger Ale
• 1 Piece of Lemon Peel

Sprinkle dashes of Angostura over ice cubes in a collins glass. Fill with ginger ale, add lemon peel, and stir.
