Bourbon Highball

from The American Bar

• {1} \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Bourbon Whiskey
• 1 Whole of Ginger Ale
• 1 Whole of Lemon Peel

Pour bourbon over ice cubes into a collins glass over ice with ginger ale. Add the lemon peel spiral. (Other sodas or water can be used in mixing this drink.)
