1 Whole of Egg Yolk

\frac{1}{4} Ounce of Simple Syrup

{1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Brandy

\frac{1}{4} Ounce of Tawny port

{3} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Milk

\frac{3}{4} Ounce of Cream

1 Dash of Nutmeg
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
