Brandy Eggnog

from The American Bar

  • 1 Whole of Egg Yolk
  • \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Simple Syrup
  • {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Brandy
  • \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Tawny port
  • {3} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Milk
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Cream
  • 1 Dash of Nutmeg

Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
