Brandy Flip

from The American Bar

  • 1 Whole of Egg Yolk
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Simple Syrup
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Cream
  • {1} \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Brandy
  • 1 Dash of Nutmeg

Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
