Café Brûlot

  • 1 Ounce of Cognac
    • or {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Cognac
  • 1 Cup of Hot Coffee
  • 1 Whole of Orange Peel
  • 1 Whole of Lemon Peel
  • 1 Dash of Clove
  • 1 Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 Whole of Sugar Cube

Warm cognac in a heat-resistant glass. Pour in hot coffee, add lemon and orange peel, clove and cinnamon. Stir, and add sugar cube.
