Callaloo Cooler

from Smuggler's Cove

  • 1 Ounce of Seltzer
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 Ounce of Cherry Heering
  • 2 Ounce of Blended Lightly Aged Rum
  • 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Pour the seltzer in a collins or highball glass. Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cubed or cracked ice. shake and strain into the Collins or highball glass. Carefully add cubed or cracked ice to the glass to fill and garnish with grated cinnamon and a mint sprig.
