Captain's Grog

from Smuggler's Cove

  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Grapefruit Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Maple Syrup
  • 3 Drop of Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Drop of Almond Extract
  • 1 Ounce of Seltzer
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of John D. Taylor’S Velvet Falernum
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Black Blended Rum
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Blended Lightly Aged Rum
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Blended Aged Rum

Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and open pour with gated finish into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
