Chartreuse Swizzle

from Smuggler's Cove

  • 1 Ounce of Pineapple Juice
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of John D. Taylor’S Velvet Falernum
  • {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Green Chartreuse

Combine all the ingredients in a Collins or Zombie glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice until it is three-quarters full. Swizzle with a lele or barspoon. Top up with additional crushed ice as needed to fill the glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and mint sprig
