Flying Scotchman Cocktail

from Hollywood's Favorite Cocktail Book

• {2} \frac{1}{2} Glass of Italian Vermouth
• 3 Glass of Scotch Whisky
• 1 Tablespoon of Bitters
• 1 Tablespoon of Sugar Syrup

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
