Fog Cutter

  • 12 Ounce of Lemon Juice
  • {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Orange Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Orgeat
  • 1 Ounce of Pisco
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Gin
  • 2 Ounce of Blended Lightly Aged Rum
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Olorosa Sherry

Combine all ingredients except the sherry in a drink mixer tin with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 “agitator” cubes. Flash blend and open pour with gated finish into a zombie glass or fog cutter mug. Float sherry by gently pouring it on top of the surface of the drink and then garnish with a swizzle stick and mint sprig.
