from Smuggler's Cove

  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Demerara Syrup
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Hibiscus Liqueur
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Cherry Heering
  • {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Peruvian Pisco
  • 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small “agitator” cubes, flash blend, and then oper pour with a gated finish into a double old-fashioned glass. Set the cherry-hibiscus to garnish across the rim of the glass.
