  • 1 Ounce of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Ounce of Passion Fruit Honey
  • \frac{1}{4} Teaspoon of Li Hing Mui Powder
  • 2 Ounce of Seltzer
  • 1 Teaspoon of Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 Ounce of Pot Still Unaged Rum

Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small “agitator” cubes. Flash blend and then open pour with a gated finish into a footed pilsner glass. Garnish with mint sprig and a swizzle stick. *** page 335)
