  • 2 Ounce of Sparkling Wine
  • {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Pineapple Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Passion Fruit Honey
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 Ounce of London Dry Gin
  • 1 Ounce of Blended Lightly Aged Rum
  • 1 Sprig of Mint

Pour the sparkling wine into a snifter. Add the remaining ingredients to 2 drink mixer tin. Fill the tin with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small “agitator” cubes. Flash blend and open pour with gated finish into the snifter. garnish with a mint sprig.
