  • 3 Piece of Pineapple
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Demerara Syrup
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Apricot Liqueur
  • {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Blended Lightly Aged Rum

In cocktail shaker, muddle the pineapple chunks with the lime juice and syrup. Add the apricot liqueur and the rum, then fill with cracked or cubed ice. Shake and double-strain into a chilled coupe.
