Jungle Bird

from Smuggler's Cove

  • 2 Ounce of Pineapple Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Demerara Syrup
  • \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Campari
  • {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Black Blended Rum

Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small “agitator” cubes. Flash blend and open pour with a gated finish into a collins or highball glass and garnish with pineapple fronds.
