Kahiko Punch

from Smuggler's Cove

  • 1 Ounce of Lemon Juice
  • {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Passion Fruit Honey
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Cinnamon Syrup
  • \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Hibiscus Liqueur
  • 2 Ounce of Pot Still Unaged Rum
  • 6 Dash of Bittermans ‘Elemakule Tiki Bitters

Combine all the ingredients except the ice in a beverage dispenser or other sealable container and whisk together. Chill for 1 to 2 hours prior to serving. Add large blocks of ice to the dispenser or serve over a large block or smaller blocks of ice in a punch bowl. Garnish individual servings with an edible orchid.
