• \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Grapefruit Juice
• \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Demerara Syrup
• \frac{1}{4} Ounce of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
• 1 Ounce of Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum
• 1 Ounce of Blended Lightly Aged Rum
• 1 Ounce of Column Still Aged Rum

Flash blend and open pour with a gated finish into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a mint sprig or rock candy stick and a toast to sailors of yore.
