• \frac{1}{2} Whole of Lemon Juice
• \frac{1}{2} Tablespoon of Powdered Sugar
• 1 Whole of Egg White
• 1 Glass of Dry Gin
• 3 Dash of Fleur d'Orange
• 1 Tablespoon of Sweet Cream

Long tumbler. Shake well and strain into glass. Fill with Rosa Blanca or Seltzer.
