from Smuggler's Cove

  • 1 Ounce of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Ounce of Molasses Syrup
  • {2} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Seltzer
  • \frac{1}{4} Ounce of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Black Blended Rum
  • 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 18 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and open pour with a gated finish into a Collins or highball glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
