Peachtree Punch 2.0

from Smuggler's Cove

• \frac{1}{2} Whole of Peach
• 3 Ounce of Orange Juice
• \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Lemon Juice
• 1 Ounce of Coconut Cream
• \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Peach Liqueur
• 2 Ounce of Blended Lightly Aged Rum
• 1 Ounce of Seltzer

Add the peach chunks, orange juice, and lemon juice to drink mixer tin and muddle the peach. Add the remaining ingredients. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and double strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with cracked or cubed ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a peach wedge on the rim of the glass.
