3 Ounce of Pineapple Juice

1 Ounce of Lemon Juice

\frac{1}{4} Ounce of Demerara Syrup
- or \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Demerara Syrup

1 Ounce of Ginger liqueur

\frac{1}{2} Ounce of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

1 Ounce of Black Blended Rum

1 Ounce of Blended Lightly Aged Rum
Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of cruched ice and 4 to 6 "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and open pour into a hollowed-out pineapple. Garnish with freshly grated nutmet.
