Planter's Punch

from Smuggler's Cove

• 1 Ounce of Lime Juice
• \frac{3}{4} Ounce of Demerara Syrup
• \frac{1}{4} Ounce of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
• 3 Ounce of Blended Aged Rum
• 2 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 "agitator" cubes. Flash blend and then open pour with gated finish into a Collins or highball glass.
