Sidewinder's Fang

• 1 Whole of Sidewinder's Fang Peel
• {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Lime Juice
• {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Orange Juice
• {1} \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Passion Fruit Puree
• 3 Ounce of Seltzer
• 1 Ounce of Blended Aged Rum
• 1 Ounce of Black Blended Rum

Line a snifter with the Sidewinder's Fang peel, with one end hanging over the rim of the glass. Fill the glass with cracked or cubed ice to old the peel in place. Put the remaining ingredients in a drink mixer tin with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small "agitator" cubes. Flash blend then strain into the snifter. Garnish with a mint sprig.
