Singapore Sling

from Smuggler's Cove

• 2 Ounce of Seltzer
• \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Lemon Juice
• \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Demerara Syrup
• \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Cherry Heering Liqueur
• \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Benedictine
• {1} \frac{1}{4} Ounce of London Dry Gin
• 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
• 1 Dash of Orange Bitters

Add the seltzer to the bottom of a Collins or Highball glass. Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cubed or cracked ice. Shake and strain into the glass. gently add cubed or cracked ice to the glass and garnish with lemon wedge speared with a cocktail umbrella.
