Suffering Bastard

from Smuggler's Cove

  • 4 Ounce of Ginger Beer
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{4} Ounce of Demerara Syrup
  • 1 Ounce of London Dry Gin
  • 1 Ounce of Brandy
  • 2 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Add the ginger beer to a Collins or highball glass, then add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker. fill with cracked or cubed ice. shake and strain the contents into the glass and gently fill with cubed or cracked ice and then garnish with mint sprig and swizzle stick.
