Swizzle Français

from Smuggler's Cove

  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Sugarcane Syrup
  • \frac{1}{4} Ounce of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 2 Ounce of Cane Aoc Martinique Rhum
  • 1 Dash of Ground Nutmeg

Combine all the ingredients in a Collins or highball glass and fill the glass three-quarters full with crushed ice. Swizzle with a lele or barspoon. Top up with additional crushed ice as needed to fill the glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
