The Twenty Seventy Swizzle

from Smuggler's Cove

  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Lime Juice
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Demerara Syrup
  • \frac{1}{2} Ounce of Honey Syrup
  • \frac{1}{4} Ounce of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 1 Ounce of Column Still Aged Rum
  • 1 Ounce of Black Blended Overproof Rum
  • 1 Dash of Herbstura
  • 1 Dash of Ground Nutmeg

Add all the ingredients to a Collins or Highball glass, then add crushed iced until the glass is three-quarters full. Use a bar spoon or lele to swizzle. Top up with additional crushed ice as needed to fill the glass and garnish with swizzle napkin wrap, mint sprig, and swizzle stick.
