Yale Cocktail

  • 3 Dash of Orange Bitters
  • 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Glass of Dry Gin

Shake well and strain into a small glass. Add a little syphon and squeeze lemon peel on top.

Shake and strain into double cocktail glass. Add dash of soda water. Twist lemon peel on top.
